Suppose you're not happy with the custom artwork for any reason. Ask for changes as many times as you like. Including image changes, to start working from scratch at no extra cost.

Here are some tips for you to be confident about the photo you provide:
1) We understand that your photo may have special memories and details that are important to you.
Suppose any parts of your pet's face are cropped out or obscured by filters, overlays, or objects. In that case, we may be unable to recreate those details. However, we will do our best to create the artwork you'll love.
2) We prefer high-quality images to ensure the best possible result.
However, a few photos could be low-resolution, overexposed, or blurry. The subject is in deep shadow or suboptimal light source. In such cases, we'll do our best to capture all the features and achieve the best possible result.
3) Avoid images with harsh artificial lighting. Click your photos in front-facing, indoor light, or outdoor daylight for optimal results. These lightings help accurately capture the details and ensure the colors are vivid.
4) Make sure you like the pose. We can fix red eyes. Patch tiny objects and colors to an extent. We can't change the posture.
