We create gifts for pet lover on demand. It can be complicated, but we strive to make it seamless.
However, if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please take clear photos or a video of the product, package, and shipping label within 72 hours of delivery and send them to us via email at support@picadew.com.
We'll process a replacement at the earliest. We cannot offer refunds after delivery or accept returns, as we don't resell any of your pet's artwork.
If there are any delays, we stand behind our commitment to make things right by getting things moving in 12-24 hours and a resolution within 72 hours in case of loss in transit.
We also understand that you prefer something else to the artwork you receive in the preview draft.
In such cases, we offer unlimited changes and a 48hrs review time limit for each preview draft to ensure you are happy with the final product. Alternatively, you can provide a new photo to create the artwork from scratch.
In case you request a refund after receiving the preview draft. A nominal artwork fee will be deducted based on the number of versions created for the order.
You may convert the 100% amount into a Picadew Gift Card code for future purchases.
Suppose there are duplicate orders or double charges. Please let us know before we process the artwork for production. We'll process a full refund for the second order immediately.
If you've made a mistake or changed your mind about a purchase, please inform us within 8 hours to receive a full refund. Please note that this policy does not apply after we share the preview draft.
